    Go Tigers!! I just graduated last semester.

    Anyways try using Code::Blocks It's great for writing C code. It has more options then gedit. I always found Code Block easier to debug with because the debugger was GUI. I could see the variables values as they changed instead of having to type a command each time I wanted to check one.

    Im liking the openbox DE just wish somethings were a little more automated such as when I install a new program but its fast a light and i like that.

    So, I got over my hate of Unity after using it this weekend, since Debian didn't work out of the box for the X61t and Ubuntu 12.10 did (too lazy to do that much configuration right now). Tweaked some things for it, but I left this desktop mostly stock.

    The Debian virtual machine on my W520 is still the same as it was, however.
