Hi all, I have been having a problem w/my screen where initially half of it would get blocked intermittently and now it's sometimes half or at other times the entire screen is blocked or shaky/wavy. While I'm not sure, I think it might be a loose cable(s) and I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and whether tech support sorted it out, how long they took etc. My laptop (X540S) is still under warranty but not for much longer. Is it best to call them or use the ASUS service center app provided? The headphone jack as well, has not worked from the outset so hopefully I can get that fixed at the same time. Thanks.
