I don't believe such a thing exists unless something changed.

Anyone who's willing to sacrifice 30secs of their busy life to post the minimum discharge rate reported by hwinfo on low brightness, powersaving profile, all apps closed? :)

    That's great thanks!
    Those values look really high.
    Is the nvidia gpu off?
Is the CPU mostly running at 800mhz? (it should, when on battery and on powersaving profile)

Cpu package power should be around 0.7-0.8W with all apps closed.

Do you have 2x16gb ram by any chance?

Yes discrete mode was on as was the keyboard backlight. I have 2x8GB RAM. Here's another one in mshybrid mode with the keyboard backlight off:

    Thank you.
Cpu 6.5W and 34 discharge rate, it's consuming even more now :/
Uncore of 4W would make me think the intel gpu is busy doing something not stressful.

    Are all the apps closed?
Try closing hwmonitor as that causes higher cpu load from what I have seen :)

Submitted a PassMark score but it turns out the test weights Disk performance quite a bit. So almost all the top entries are RAID0, regardless of CPU or GPU performance :(

While a RAID0 definitely helps, you'll get quite an impact to your system by running PrimoCache, a highly efficient caching system (and it comes with a free 30 day test drive). Still, both Passmark and UserBenchmark do rely heavily on the underlying disk speed, using long Sequential writes to measure it. Fast RAM's a factor, too since a large L1 cache (mine's 12GB) helps everything fly.

Added: If you're looking for a benchmark that focuses on CPU/RAM/GPU performance only, try Geekbench 5
