Win 10 installed nvidia drivers which I have uninstalled from device manager but when the PC boots again, the drivers are already installed (shows up in Apps and Features). the version is 1.3.34.15

I had issues in Win 7 with audio a long time ago, but I'm pretty sure installing newer Realtek drivers fixed the issue. I've tried to install realtek drivers but can't figure out what inf file to select from the cab file downloaded from realtek of HD audio drivers. I don't understand why win chooses nvidia drivers over realtek in the first place. I don't care which driver I use as long as the stuttering goes away.

Have you used the DPC latency checker?
