Well, that's good to hear. The pictures looked like a fairly dramatic defect, and I doubted that this would be Fujitsu's "standard" for that model.

    Hi all,
At one point, well yea I wanted to buy the s7000 due to the fact of the 14.1 screen, dual pointing, and bluetooth. But then after reading through mutiple reviews online and in magazines, it made it seem that it wasn't really that good of a laptop. So yea it changed my mind and I went ahead and got the s6210 just because it was small and yet light weight and its a great laptop for just about anything. I did unfortunately had 3 bad pixels within a week, which really got on my nerves, but good thing returned it and got a new one now and looks a lot better then ever. I say the S6210 is better because the fact it looks totally cool with the blue power button [:D]

Glad you like your S6210. Did you run the "Click Me" program thats underneath "Run" in the start menu. Whats it do. I never did, and wonder if I should have.

    Hi,
I am trying to decide between these two at work as well.

I really like the S6220, but one thing I can't figure out is the port replicator! The old S6120 and earlier have a full port-replicator that you could mount on your desk, and have your keyboard, mouse, and monitor hooked up to, and you just plop it down and you're all set. The new S6220 and S6210 seem not to have that option. They have a "USB 2.0 Dock", but if you read the specs, it is just like a glorified USB hub, with extra USB ports, serial, parallel, and ethernet. But no VGA/Monitor port!

If you look at the pictures in the users manual of the S62x0, you see on the underneath is a rectangle that looks like the port replicator interface on the older S6000 series. Do you think that they will eventually come out with a port replicator for the S62x0 series? Has anyone heard anything about that?

    Thanks!

Yeah, you shouldn't feel bad. It actually slows down partial load up time. Kinda pissed me off when that happened, but since I deleted it haha its okai now [:D]
