Yep, if you read in your owners manual you will notice that they wont warranty your chassis in areas where the roads are salted.

If you actually read through those terms you can pretty much void your warranty by doing simple things such as what fuel you use(Like for a 07.5+ dodge cummins if you use LSD then you void the warranty). So for reasons like that I just mod them right off the lot and say screw the warranty.

Wow your car looks like a fallout 3 vehicle!

I've got a lot of rust starting up on my truck. I call it motor cancer. Tons on the wheel wells, in the bed, etc. I got rid of as much rust as I could with a steel brush, applied rust remover treatment, resprayed it with rust prevention primer, and sprayed again with a rust preventer black paint. So there are holes here and there, but the rusting is done, at least till winter.... Darn Utah puts so much salt on the roads...

Your frames only got a few more winters left in it before I'd start to worry about structural integrity. Its not looking to good.

They switched to ULSD from LSD, but you can still find LSD in some places if you look hard enough. I'd rather run on LSD, but like I said, I've already sufficiently voided my warranty. :D
