    Just a quick question.
    Today, I was in a 4way stop.
I was going east from west while a school bus(no stop sign) was going west from south.
I reached the stop sign first and waited few sec. I thought to let the bus pass but it didn't. So, I tried to go straight. As, soon as I was in motion the bus was too. I stopped for a sec and so did the bus. But when I moved again, the bus was also in motion and I moved left little more to avoid it and we both passed the 4 way at same time.
So, I was thinking if I made a mistake?

If you very clearly don't have the right of way, don't go unless they signal to you with a hand gesture or flashing lights.

I had the right of way because I reached the intersection first.
So, do I have to wait and let them pass?

You said the bus didn't have a stop sign, so it had the right of way and you should have waited for it to pass.

Wait, nvm. You also said it was a 4 way stop? Then if the bus did have a stop sign, you should have gone instead of sitting there waiting for it.
