I recently discovered RMClock and am pretty happy with it. But what's strange is that I can't get the battery life time remaining to show up in the taskbar. It just shows it as 'N/A'. But if I got into the submenu 'Battery device' it shows a 'Life time remaining' time. Am I missing something, or is it my battery that's acting up with rmclock?

I have that issue too, except rmclock just doesnt pick up the battery. I know that since I own a desktop replacement, I get 55 seconds to the 1% of battery life. So basically I just use the windows monitoring thing, which tells me percent left. In my case each percentage is about a minute, so I get a rough estimate of how much battery life remains.

I dont know if there is another battery monitoring program, I know NHC does it but it does not work on my system either.

I know it could be that the battery or the software is having issues with each other. But granted that there is an estimated time left in one of the windows, it feels kind of stupid to not be able to show that in the task bar. :p

When RMClock is running on mains the RMclock battery icon shows N/A because the system has no value for time remaining. You should see an estimate of time remaining after a minute or so of battery operation.

It would be sensible for the RMClock battery icon to default to % charge unless the battery is being used. At the moment the charge status is only shown when the battery is being charged.
