And as usual gets NotebookCheck an AW machine to review who has problem. Pretty weird huh @rinneh?
I would have expected that after the changes it would be fixed for now. seems it reappeared.
I know. But as we've talked about in other older threads... It looks like Notebookcheck always gets damaged product from Dellienware. Quite a coincidence, right? Either wrong bios, drivers or all other sorts of problems.
It made me VERY happy Glad I made the right choice!
I pointed out in the past, that you said the AW17R3 still is pulling power from the battery according to the NBC review. But I pointed out that in their review of the AW15R3 this was not present while being internally identical. So whatever it was at that time, it shows there was something off in their testing.
Considering what the customers get, this seem like it should be the source of the most reliable reviews then
Here's hoping my R4 1080 is a good one. Pulled the trigger today (
... WOW 27 DAY's to deliver - is it the new /fixed QHD causing the lead time or? Anyone know when the UHD and Kaby will be avail with 1080?
1080 with a 6820 or 7820?
don't get the 6820, you can still cancel the order
Only option on 1080's is
6th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-6820HK
the 6820 is old and outdated, the 7820HK will Oc higher and be much faster in the end if you take your time tuning it
and you're buying the most expensive gpu, why settle for an older cpu?
