    Toshiba L775D-S7226 Laptop
    Win 7 Pro
OMBAR Li-On replacement battery pack, brand new.

When I inserted the pack, the Laptop/O/S didn't recognize that the pack was inserted. BUT, the Battery LED on the front shows flashing orange indicating a low voltage condition. I left it in for some time, but the charge circuit doesn't kick in. Either with the Laptop running or shut down.

I removed the pack & re-inserted more than once. I even put the original pack in, ran it down to a 5% charge level when it shut the Laptop down by itself. Then re-charged at with NO issue.

I contacted OMBAR and they gave me steps which I basically already told them I already did.
They did suggest to try another PS, but I'm arguing that the charge circuity is in the Laptop, NOT in the PS and the existing supply runs the laptop fine and it charges ok also.

Anyone disagree with that and/or have some other steps to take?
