Did you reinstall the drivers? Anything flagged in device manager? What browser?

So you are feeling this lag when browsing the internet or in general everything seems slower? We need to isolate the issue here.

I also need to know what AntiVirus are you using and if you are using an AdBlocker (you should)

browsing and generally. i used to be able to have alot more tabs open

is this anything to do with AHCI mode or whatever it is?? the new ssd isnt any worse than my old one right?

whats the best free anti virus and add bloker to use??

Using userbenchmark the intel should blow away the hynix.

Try installing Dell Power Manager and make sure its not stuck in "cool" mode - I just got a refurb and did had performed a clean install and yet I still found I was stuck in that mode!

dl'd power manager and it is set too optimised :(

    how about the AHCI setting?

or the fact that the old ssd was split in to 2 partitions (windows c: and d: )??... and on this one i just have c??
