DO NOT use my Bios file. I've already removed. You can use only yours. I'm tired as hell will make guide tomorrow. If you cannot wait just simeply follow CAREFULLY the method I posted earlier.

No problem, I have time. I’m just highly interested in the method without any programmer. I just need to find the tool to make a dumb of the bios right?

I used the OP on this thread to save my bios to file and the guide Laszlo linked to to get it all done. Honestly the guide could be cleaned up since it's original intent is for Hackintosh, but the major steps needed are there.
Find your CFG lock and Overclock lock address locations, make a bootable usb (can use rufus choose non-booatable MBR & FAT32) and make folder in the USB drive called EFI, and a folder inside that folder named BOOT and copy over the general UEFI shell linked in the guide, and the RU program. Then reboot to bios, turn off secure boot, boot to usb and run RU, locate the address locations from early and change the values to 00, save then quit, back into bios to turn on secure boot and reboot last time into windows and boom.

Thanks! Really appreciate it, I dumped the bios from the bios updater for my Razer Blade. Now I will go through the other steps

EDIT: I just followed the steps, the only problem I have is to create a readable file from the UEFITool extraction for CFG LOCK and OVERCLOCKING LOCK. via the CMD I can’t get ifrextract to work, like in the Guide linked before.

make sure that cmd is in the right folder, and then just run the command, ifr sec.sct sec.txt

ifr if you renamed it that is.

Worked, had the wrong commend. So now I found CFG LOCK and OVERCLOCKING LOCK.

Are those the correct ones I marked, and all I have to do is to change both values to 00?
