What your thoughts, guys? I've noticed a difference in temps when raising a back, but didn't tried with a cooling pad.

I use a nice metal stand to raise the back of my laptop and it does seem to help keep them cool, even in very hot weather. I have not tried a cooling pad but if they have fans I am sure the noise would bother me.

I just read that cooling pad sometimes even makes temps worse, than without it.
