    Post pictures please, this may be the first recorded instance of a Maxwell card higher than a M1000M working in the M17x R2 without color inversion

    EDIT: you did not specify if the success was on M15x or M17x R2. M15x known to work with M4000M as it is similar core to 970M. Nobody has managed to get Maxwell GM2xx cores to work in M17x R2 internal display

    This is M15xR2 thread, didn't think it was neccessary :p
    I'm referring to HP distibution M4000M working in Dell Alienware M15xR2. In this very thread it was stated that an HP card won't work and that vBIOS won't transfer.

    Hello,
    I finished adjusting and OC the bios.
    Here is the finished one.
    Here is a logfile with Fire Strike stress test.

    Now the GPU Boost works with 1216MHZ@Vram1400(2800)MHZ. (Original Boost 1013) Result ~15% more performance with a litle bit overvolt, but all stabile.
    Maybe somebody can overclock the GPU more, but that's enough for me.

    I share the finished Bios file here. Tere are 2 Files.

    M4000M_GM204-OC-1165@1400-OV-CLK44-9.625.zip With minimal Overvolt -->~0.04V more Max 0.968 V
    M4000M_GM204-OC-1216@1400-OV-CLK44-0...00-P01-0.9.zip With more Overvolt -->~0.15V more Max 0.975 V

    WARNING: Firmware image PCI Subsystem ID (1028.06DA)
    does not match adapter PCI Subsystem ID (1028.02A2).
    Any chance on changing the ID in the ROM?
    <-Nevermind, bypassed that, now it's:
    BIOS Cert 2.0 Verification Error, Update aborted.
