So I created a Linux Mint ISO disc by burning the ISO using Power2Go. When I insert the disc, reboot my PC, click ESC to enter the boot menu, and click on "boot from internal disc drive" the disc never runs the ISO! It just goes on to booting Windows 7 like normal. I've been researching this but I can't find a solution!

    Can anyone help me?
    I bought a stack of new 4.7 GB DVD's.
Burned the ISO on the DVD. (I didn't copy)
Booted it in the boot menu.
    Didn't work.

Is the ISO icon supposed to have an picture? My ISO icon is a blank piece of paper. Should I try another program such as Nero or ImgBurn?

Make sure you always verify if the burned image has no errors. It doesn't boot because there was an error when it was burned into the disc.

PRO TIP: Use the slowest burning speed to avoid errors.

"boot from internal disc drive" (your words) might be the wrong choice.

Might be better to boot from dvd drive, where your ISO is.

    Crap, linuxliveusb doesn't work either!!!

In windows 7, the .ISO files don't have pictures. They are just "blank pieces of paper". However, I think there is supposed to be a picture! Is there something wrong??
