yeah that's true - but irrespective of that - the man should be able to get 1900 ish for his laptop if he sells it on ebay (with 200 off buy it now).

Do it. I sold it for 1850 + 50 Shipping. buyer got the lapotp for 1700 shipped (taking into consideration 200 off)
    - a pretty sweet deal

oh yeah - that reminds me i'm selling a 2GB Stick of 1333mhz ram! :) (that I pulled from my old M860TU from PCmicroworks - if anybody wants it...lemme know! ;)

sorry to highjack your thread there...

I agree, place it on ebay 2k, buy it now $1700 and you got a FAST sale! :D

You have to remember NBR members KNOW the spec-to-price and are very knowledgeable so ofcourse you're gonna get lowball offers :D

i Agree a lot NBR members know the spec-to-pirce, ebay is another story. The price at $ 1700+- sound fair price , sell it now or later. But BlackFriday is coming soon, a lot of people will hold on to their moneys and there might be new gpu coming and maybe new np8660 :p good luck

ps: can't blame people who lowball offers, This is world we living. If your price tag is not reasonable why bother to force people get best offer.
"offer" mean buyers can argue the price they want, its up to seller deal or no deal.

If people don't like lowball offers... please You should NEVER go to ASIAN Country !!! they always tag their item in the store like 50-80% more then real price... if you don't know how to play lowball offer ="water fish" :D
it mean you give always your money without thinking :D

ps2: it feels good if you win in lowball offers :X

    Are you including the OS?

If I recall correctly, drth_sti did not include an OS with his unit.
