Probably between $200 and $275. Asus is rumored to start drastically dropping prices soon on their older models to push their new plethora of models. They have already dropped some to $300 that are nearly twice the power of the suf. Maybe put it up on ebay starting at $175?

I'd say about $150-$200. Check for completed listings on ebay to get a feel of what the buyer's market is like.

Sell it fast if anybody wants it now is the time, there are more models and more price cuts coming. I would not turn down even a semi bad offer as I do not think the demand for a surf is very high.

Yeah I was actually thinking about this the other day, and how you'll probably be able to get an EEE 701 for about 100 bucks in the next few months, and how I might buy one then.
