How can I know that? should be enabled or disabled?

I know how to enable or disable:
    • To enable HPET as the only timer run the command bcdedit /set useplatformclock true
    • To disable HPET in Windows run the command bcdedit /deletevalue useplatformclock

    I added a new time server " isc.org " in here:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/DateTime/Servers

and use it as my time server, now everything seems to be fine.

    Thanks for everyone.

The problem happened again. I have no idea what to do? even changing the DNS did nothing.
I feel this is not the right place to discuss this issue, I'll appreciate if anyone can PM with some solutions or guide me to the right thread to discuss.
    Regards..

The time inside the BIOS itself is frozen, I tried to restart and shutdown and the same, each time I enter the BIOS I found the same time values???!!!, I feel this is a BIOS problem or H/W related, did anyone face this problem before, it happened only after I reset the BIOS several times?

Sounds like either the bios eeprom is defective (no longer permitting writes to part of the chip) or the crystal is malfunctioning. The repetitive bios reset would indicate the eeprom as the most likely culprit, but whichever is the problem; both are cheap to replace. The cmos battery being decrepit or having a poor connection would have the same effect, so it's a good thing you've already ruled out that possibility.

Bios is supposed to be a 64Mbit eeprom, but check before you order a new one; the service manual might differ from your particular mb revision. Label printed on the mb is 'U12'. Could check whether any other bios values do stick ...

The crystal's part nr. seems hard to find a supplier for (KDS Daishinku '1TJS125DJ4A420P'), but you could simply measure it and order an ersatz with the same specifications and dimensions. Label is 'X4', it should be dead-close to the PCH.

And yes, issue doesn't seem related to the bios code itself, but flash a stock version anyway just to make that definitive. If that doesn't change anything then I'll move the posts over to a separate thread.

Thank you for your kind support, I'll try to contact HID to approve flashing the stock BIOS for testing, then I can follow your advice if the problem not solved.

Last update, I unplugged the power, removed the main battery and the BIOS battery for few minuets, after reset process I got the BIOS clock working again, I did that before, but this time it seems that the problem is solved.
I have no idea what and why is that happened.
    Thanks for everyone.
