Also note that the Quadro drivers are usually optimized for different tasks than the Radeon Pro drivers. The best choice in your case, whether it's Quadro or Radeon Pro, depends on what you actually do with the GPU. In some fields, the Quadros outperform the Radeon Pros, while in other fields it's vice versa.

Here's a nice comparison of the (desktop) Quadro and Radeon Pro GPUs:
    https://techgage.com/article/radeon-pro-vs-quadro-a-fresh-look-at-workstation-gpu-performance/

As the article says, it's always good to know your workload before deciding between Quadro and Radeon Pro.

The WX7100 and P5000 results should be close to the WX7100 and P5200 offerings in the 7730. I will do a SPECviewperf 12.1 and Cinebench run on the P5200 to confirm.

Need some help figuring out what memory to get for 7730 with i9.
Narrowed down to few options. Struggling to compare, G.Skill looks very good with those timings, but not sure about tRAS timing(43- sounds quite big). Am I just wasting my time and it won't make any difference at all? Price aside what's the best option here considering @tokatoka reported that hyperx is running at 3200

    1. HyperX Impact (2x8GB) - DDR4 3200MHz CL20-22-22
    2. HyperX Impact (2x8GB) DDR4 2933 MHz CL17-17-19
    3. HyperX Impact (2x8GB) DDR4 2666MHz Kit 16GB CL15-17-17
    4. G.Skill F4-3200C16D-16GRS (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL16 18-18-43
    5. Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz CL16 -18-18-36

Unless you are performing some very niche memory intense tasks constantly; you are just wasting your time.

If I have to chose though, i prefer lower CAS timings over MHz because they tend to run cooler

I had 2x 16GB Ballistix Sport LT 2666 CL16 which are not compatible with the Dell pre configured 2x 8GB 2666 CL 19. Hope the next ones, crucial 2666 CL 19 will work.

So I am not sure if you can go for any CL as low as you like or get.

    Thanks guys

@ThatOldGuy good point about temperature (especially if they are right under the keyboard!)
I'm getting the system with 8gb and wasn't planning on using it, but if there is no big difference then probably I should just get CL19 and forget about it :)
@SvenC do you know other 3 delays for pre configured stick CL19-x-x-x ?

Bought a huawei WWAN card, installed it in my 7530, could not see any cable for antennas though

    Windows says, insert SIM.

Where can I find some WWAN antennas and how do I install it? Also might need to buy a SIM cover, so that I can fix the sim card. Thanks!

There is a dedicated spot for the SIM card, see page 58 of the manual, if the cover didn't come with your system then I guess you need to figure out how to get one of those or just find some way to secure the SIM card in place.
    https://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/precision-15-7530-laptop_service-manual_en-us.pdf

As for the antennas, past systems have had them hanging out by the slot even if you didn't buy a WWAN card, but like you this time I did not notice any extra antennas for the WWAN card preinstalled. I believe what you want to look for are "mhf4 wwan antennas" (they can be found on eBay, Amazon, etc.). Ideally you will want to put the antenna up by the screen behind the bezel, and run the cables down to where the card is. You can follow the WLAN antenna cables. You'll probably have to take the system mostly apart, but maybe you can get away with just removing the display bezel, palm rest, and system bottom cover.
