I am looking for opinions as to where to buy a pre-build set up
the specs I have in mind are:
    I7 7700K (4.2GHz)
    1060 GTX
    16 GB ram (2x8)
    240 SSD + 1TB HDD (7200RPM)

Price $1300 (Hopefully with a mouse + Keyboard) already have a monitor.

Those are the specs I would like, I am open to suggestions, will mostly be for gaming and some video editing
Don't really know places to shop, but these are a few that I've seen, but would like some input since I've been out of the desktop scene for a long while.

I know a few people around here that use HIDevolution and they are pretty happy.

Did you look at NewEgg for building the system to see what it will cost or your local Electronics outlet maybe they can help build your system and you will see how much it will cost as well? There is also PartsPicker that can put your parts together and you can pick and choose to find how much or what components you want to use to find a price that fits your budget.

Get the MSI GTX Vortex with the GTX 1070 8GB for around $1100 off eBay. You just have to offer them that price.

    You can add i7-7700K later.

Also , you can add a single or Dual GTX 1080 8GB down the road too.

Starting budget of $1300 leaves nothing for them what kinda plan was that? So do you have funds for them for over budget now. I am running fine with a MSI GTX1060 6G unless your planning to use multiple displays or 40"monitors with 4K. Giving them the start and they can go from there to fit their needs. Ebay isn't for a new unless your buying new to get the Warranty of which I would recommend for them and also you don't know the lifespan usage and they don't come with Warranty-so first time buyers avoid this unless your wanting the Risk of buying from eBay.
