    Update

I finally received a response to a third e-mail that I sent to Clevo. This time, I e-mailed the main office in Taiwan and they responded immediately.

They asked for my serial number and told me after which they would supply me with a distributor who can supply me with the replacement keyboard I'm looking for.

No, I've added an extra 16 GB of ram and a 1TB M2 drive

Try running one stick of ram and if it still happens swap the stick.

Just to be sure, I would disable it on the BIOS?

Take the stick physically out of the machine. If that concerns you then I would get it looked at by your reseller.

Ok cool, I’ll try removing it this weekend and seeing if that works.

Just out of curiosity, why doesn’t this seem to cause problems for other people that installed extra RAM?

    The ram could be faulty.

Anyone here have any tips on setting up a PB71 RF-G with an RTX 2070 (undervolting, etc)?

I only barely know what I'm doing with this after having watched a bunch of videos and read a few guides but I keep getting a throttle notification when running Prime95 with an undervolt of -.125
