Hey all. Can’t seem to find a Dell Power Management Software version to evaluate the battery for my Vostro 1510.

I’ve tried 2 versions. One wouldn’t install, said it was incompatible, the others functions was severely curtailed.

    Have any leads?

AFAIK, the Dell Power Management software was introduced in 2013 and works with systems having Intel 4th gen CPUs (Haswell) and up. Vostro 1510 is a good deal older than that.

I found this Windows command: powercfg /batteryreport

It saves the report in Users folder of the C: drive

I didn't realize that you were just trying to get some battery info. You can use hwinfo64 and it should produce some details on wear level, maximum capacity, etc.
