Speaking of loaded...if my dad would let me drive his Tesla, that would be amazing...probably never gonna happen :(

    I guess I wouldn't blame him

Looking for my primary daily driver, got a budget of about 1500-1700. Looking at an manual S13 coupe, 89-94 Celica or a 89-91 Miata...oh the choices.

Which one are you leaning toward the most? Personally, I'd go with the Miata but that's just me. :p

Well I'm leaning towards a good condition S13 if I can get it, but again 240's = drift tax. Celica's are plenty around here, I'd like to find a nice GT or ST. Miata is a crapshoot, you'll sometimes find a REALLY good deal, like a mint 1.6L with good top for 1000-1500.

Ideally I'd like a good DD S13 coupe stick, but biggest thing is drift tax. :|

you won't find those cars selling at 1-1.5 g's, unless it's only the shell or not running at all with a crapload of needed work and maintenance.

I'd look at hondas: integra gsr, civic si, del sol, prelude, etc. Good at gas, cheap maintenance, easy to work on and modify, the cheapest insurance you can get, and did I mention they last forever if taken care of?

If I were you I'd get the S13 if I can, drift tax shouldn't be that bad especially for the age of the car.

lol your right side tires are screaming in pain! You know when I was in Taiwan, I saw an EP3 Civic Type R with Brembos, and I thought to myself, the Brembo big brake upgrade he bought cost 1/3 the cost of what a EP3 goes for..
