I broke down and bought a Nintendo Switch. As a fan of Nintendo games, I figured I would eventually, but the drought of new PC games that interest me until Middle-earth: Shadow of War comes out, and the allure of Zelda, made me go in earlier than I expected. Not to mention the fact that I actually found a Nintendo Switch on a store shelf during a rainy day and didn't want to pass up the opportunity, given how hard they are to find.

Bought a DragonFly Red. It hasn't arrived yet, but I'm looking forward to it. As much as I love my Schiit Modi/Magni stack, I need a smaller DAC for when I listen to music away from my desk.

A thick keyboard wrist rest, since I'm having a bit of an issue with them with my desktop.

I looked at the DragonFly v1.2 when I was shopping around for a portable DAC. Could not get over the price. Still can't, even if they use an ESS chipset. But then again, I only use my Fiio with my Surface or Alienware. I don't need an external DAC amp with my HTC 10.

My ThinkPad keyboard wasn't playing nice with the Mac, so I picked up a Logitech K811 and an Elecom trackball:

    [IMG][IMG]

The K811 isn't as good as my ThinkPad keyboard from a typing perspective, but not bad either. On the plus side, it's a Mac keyboard and it's backlit, for when it's dark.

I'd never heard of Elecom before, but I figured for $40, it was worth a try. They're a Japanese company, so I figured the quality would be decent, but all the instructions are in Japanese, so I don't think I'll be doing much customizing for the time being. I had tried a Logitech trackball with the ball on the side a number of years ago, but didn't like it, so I was happy to have the ball on top. I'm still getting used to it, but it seems like a keeper.

Found an Xbox One Winter Forces controller on the clearance rack at a local Target for $35, so I picked one up. I also grabbed a refurbished Logitech G213 keyboard and G602 mouse from Newegg.
