I bought a MK520 Logitech keyboard mouse combo about five, six years ago. A few of the keys were sticking, so I decided to replace it and got a:

Logitech K360. It's taking a bit of getting used to using. It's smaller, which I like, but the keys are smaller and some have been moved, so the muscle memory isn't there yet. Hopefully, that'll get better. Now I just need a decent mouse to go along with it.

^ M510, maybe? Pretty good, basic wireless mouse imo.

And a couple of singles from a B&M, CAO Sopranos. They are discontinued and a decent, but not great smoke, so I picked up a few for its rarity.

The NAS/HTPC/whatever home server build has begun!

    Newegg:
    • Pentium G3260 CPU
    • Mushkin Enhanced 2x4GB 1.35V RAM
    • WD Red 3TB x2 NAS drives (Newegg combo sale today, hence the purchase)
    • Seasonic SSP-300ST PSU
    • Rosewill RNX-N250PCe WiFi card
    Amazon:
    • MSI H81M-E33 Motherboard
And now I'm sad to learn that Amazon charges tax in SC now :(...

Just need to buy one more 3TB Red drive to complete the build (will buy later after testing these drives and buying from another batch of drives).

Are you getting a raid card for it or going soft raid?

I just got a pair of Qnap TS-251+ populated with WD Red 6TB in raid 1.

Soft RAID 5. Rather not spend a few hundred dollars for good quality controller card on a toy project, and if the RAID fails I have plenty of backups elsewhere ;).

Was thinking of picking up an Adaptec ASR-2405 on eBay for my esxi white box, they are quite cheap but only give you 3Gb/s which is still good.

In the end I went with the QNAPs, they replaced my aging TS-470 and performance is pretty much the same around 110MB/s on each NIC port.
