    two questions:

    1. what chipset does your notebook have?

    2. Are you sure that is your PLL?

    I have PM965 chipset, tested with friends T9600 2.8Ghz 1066fsb and it was working fine, i have currently in laptop Core2 T9500 2.6Ghz 800FSB

Im 100% shure that this is my PLL since i opened my laptop checked it from motherboard, its next to cpu socket under thin plastic cover.

Strange thing is that with selected clock generator ICS9248BF-26/87/96 can read it but is giving false information about fsb/ddr etc.. and cannot overclock with it.

I would take pic of the chip if i would have better camera than iPhone.

EDIT : In top of the chip reads next information.

You need to send an email to abo (creator of setfsb).

    describe your problem to him.
make sure you tell him your chipset and your PLL.
you should also give him a link to the datasheet that I gave a link to before.

He will then give you a test version of setfsb.

You can find his email on his website. If you want I will PM it to you.

you have to email him a photo of your PLL to prove you know that it is your PLL.

Try to take a clear photo of the PLL.

setfsb author Abo will not assist noobs. He's pretty upfront on what he wants and the sort of users he supports:

at this point abo does not believe that you are telling the truth about your PLL.

he thinks you just guess it's ICS9LPRS365. You have to prove that you know for a fact that it is ICS9LPRS365.

That is why I suggest you send a photo to prove it.
When he believes you know the PLL, he will help.

make sure you are polite in your email.

One more thing you should do is try all of the other available PLLs in setfsb that start with "ICS".

Well all of them give eather SMBus error or PLL Id Error, only thats even remotely able to read is first 4 in the list but with false readouts and ocing wont work.

I need get somewhere better camera then i can take photo of the PLL.

Change "ICS9LPRS355BGLF" in the screen below to be "PLL Diagnosis". The Diagnosis window will only give configuration registers 00-0C, which is good enough to determine if TME mode is enabled. If so, then apply mod to pin 4 of the PLL to remove TME mode.

Even PLL Diagnostics cannot read any information. There is just nothing in the PLL Control Registers box, this leads me to belive that Fujitsu-Siemens actually have somehow disabled reads from PLL so i cannot get SetFSB to read it at all.
