Ok, so now here is what I have done to test if overclocking is possible:

I used setfsb to increase the fsb a little, and I took a picture of my screen with a camera since setfsb causes my laptop to freeze.

After the laptop restarted I then manually copied the register values that I saw in my camera to setfsb, except I did not change the source for the SATA clock.
So bit 1 of byte 0 is 0.
Then when I pressed apply it worked without freezing my notebook.
    here are the screenshots:

This would be done using spdtool or Thaiphoon Burner.

Edit: another option is to buy 1066mhz ram. The ram would downclock in your laptop to 667mhz. Then after the overclock the 1066mhz ram will be running at 800mhz and should be stable.

Buying 1066mhz ddr2 ram , is not a option for me because I'm in Europe, and only place where I've seen 1066mhz ddr2 ram is on www.tigerdirect.com and they don't deliver outside US. My lappy is on montevina platform so 800mhz is by default. I'm not familiar with spdtool. How to use it to make my 800mhz to run at 667mhz?
