I would go with the Asus because of superior panel.

Both laptops are pretty bad when it comes to cooling.
The Omen 17 has better cooling but has a poor fans profile. I suppose if they fix the fan profiles through some BIOS updated, which they have been trying to do, it will a pretty good laptop.
The Asus has a better display, but has terrible cooling as far as I know and often throttles and overheats. Asus also has some poor quality control on its units.

If you are buying from the US, Asus has a rather poor warranty and customer support there.

    Thank you very much!
Could the fans be controlled with good setting of the software called SpeedFan?

I would skip most of Asus gaming laptops due to overheating/throttle.i own a omen 17 with gtx 1070 and a 7700 hq. On stock it ran even on 90-95 degrees i undervolted and repasted and it goes only to 75-80 now.i bet the 8750 h runs hotter.

I am not sure, never heard of this software, although I am not surprised it exists. You may have to ask those who made SpeedFan. If it does work, let me know.

I am sure it works for desktops, not sure for laptops. It might depend on the laptop model.
