    Hello,

I wanna format my pc but pen drive doesn't show up in Boot options, can someone help me? I'm using MediaCreationTool, tried to format with rufus to GPT and MBR and didn't work, tried all usb ports aswell. Do I need to change something in bios?

    Thanks for any help.

Pen drive must be FAT32 anything else and it will not work. That's what I did to create my W10 USB drive.

Yea I meant FAT32, I tried every different options. I finally can make it visible, the trick is to connect the pen while pressing F2 to enter the BIOS, if I connect before or after enter the bios it doesn't show up. Jesus I was trying to make it work for several days, nothing on google mention this little trick.
Thank you for your help anyway.

    That is i
That is interesting. Hmm. Just curious, do you, or did you have Fast Boot enabled? Did you format it on one machine, and then try using it on a diff machine (rather, was the flash's driver previously installed w/in the subject machine before you looked for it in BIOS)?

Thats an interesting one. I was just throwing **** against the wall, maybe something would stick, work. I know you found the work around. Sometimes Fast Boot enabled throws a curveball, ofc. Maybe change to Normal Boot speed & you wouldnt have to time USB perfectly with F2. At least you got it fixed :)
