I use the very sleek Word document with a password enabled.

Brian, this will probably seem like a dumb question, but how do you password-protect a word or excel doc so it can't be viewed? (I know how to protect documents from changes). IOW, how do enable the password? I tried using Permission/Restrict Permission As... under the file menu, but a window popped up asking to download an update of Digital Rights Mgmt software. Is this download necessary?

I actually wrote my own application to do this, I was bored one day, to be honest though I have about four passwords I use that are highly secure and have them pretty well memorized and trying all four passwords if I happen to forget which one I associated with an account isn't too big a deal.

I do the same as abaxter, I only use a few passwords and just try them all if I can't remember which one is for which accounts, thus keeping it simple.

Go to Tools, Options, Security to set up passwords.
