panasonic toughbook cf-74 will not load up past panasonic boot screen after replacing memory

    The issue im having is once i installed the new ram in computer will not load past the panasonic boot up screen, and ive tried switching them around, and even put the old ones back in and it still does the same thing, it didnt do this before at all it worked perfectly, i just needed more memory, currently has a copy of windows 7 on it, i can send anyone photos in email from my phone but it will not let me post them from it, thanks for your help

    Make sure the memory is fully seated in the socket.

    It is for sure, it slides in tight then u hear it click and it dosent move, send me your email address and ill send u pictures of what it looks like and the screens on the computer itself

    I need to figure out something today as fast as possible, not trying to rush you i know your busy with your life but im out of town and i work for the state of texas court system running warrants, need my computer for skip tracing fugitives that are high priority cases

    If it's booting up that far it almost sounds like a bad hard drive. Press F2 at start up, do you see the memory or hdd in the bios?

    If i take the hard drive out and try to turn it on phoenix bios screen wont come up
