In the past when upgrading operating systems from an older to newer one, I've noticed that sometimes you must think outside the box and use another driver (individual, bundle, etc.). It sometimes also takes several re-boots for everything to come together and might not be the exact driver pack, but it should work. If you keep trying, and follow the advice of these above that know windows 10, you should be able to do what you are trying to do.

I've converted to Linux ten years ago because of these issues:

That being said, there is a sponsor on this site that has embraced windows 10 for toughbooks and might be able to help.
Here's a link to their site:

Through right click and Run as administrator?
Are there any devices without drivers in your Device manager?

Hi there! I've rebooted several times and I mean lots of times since I read that on different post, site, etc. too. and haven't used linux like ever so that's a new world for me to uncover and believe me I have enough with my current issue to start learning a new OS haha. I will see if the Bobjohnson can help me out and see what happens. Thanks anyways!

Yes sir, I did it that way. Also there was like 6-7 unknown drivers on the Device Manager.
