I have a chance to buy a cf-19 MK5 8 GB Ram + 128 SSD but also there's an Xplore xi104c5 with the same specs which is better....what you buy for a tablet?

    Thanks for the replies

I guess it would depend on price and what you need. The Toughbooks usually go for a little more but their failure rate is the lowest out of ANY PC manufacturer at a low 1.7%.

Always go for the Panasonic if you can!

    ix104C5 doesn't have the same specs of course. It's 1st gen i7 - Core i7-620UE etc.
    If you don't really need ix104 - buy CF-19 without a doubt.

I have had my CF-19MK5 for about 3 years and it works great and if you ever need parts you can get them in a few days as long as Heartland Si has them in stock.

Xplore bought out Motion Computing, parts are available but having had a few of their xi 104 tablets and having them apart, I would say no on buying one unless it is dirt cheap.

I went with a CF-19 Mk 5. I don't need a real screamer....light browsing and the odd movie in my semi on the road. Just something a little more portable than my CF-30
