    Without sanction from Intel that is very unlikely.

    Sir, I think there are many safe indirect ways and workarounds that can be done far away from $ntel sanction and agreements. And what we have here is one of them.

    I didn't succeed to short the 2 pins with pencil, so I just isolate the 2 pins and left the other without shorting them.

    Issue 1: No matter what you set for the CPU speed in the BIOS, it's only working @4.40 and the cash @4.10. I succeed to run CINEBENCH with reasonable score (1408) as attached, and the temp was good (84c) without any undervolting, with -60 undervolating I can see temp under 80c, all at default settings.

    How can I force the CPU speed to run faster?

    Is that 2 pins needs shorting is really important? how to do it with an easy way?

    Issue 2:
    In the device manager only shows 8 threads, in the task manager performance monitor shows 12 threads.

    @Meaker@Sager @52571abc
    I need some insight, at least I need to know if I stay using the CPU without shorting the 2 pins is there is any risks for the CPU or anything else?
    If there is anyway I can short the 2 pins please advise. and why the speed is limited to 4.40Ghz? coz of that 2 pins or something related to the BIOS?
    I still have a big jump from the i7 7700K almost 40% increased on CINEBENCH, with undervolting -100 the temps as you see are 70c max.

    You don't need shorting 2 pins on cpu if the motherboard already recognised your 8086K cpu and boot normally.

    DId you already try to overclock by intel xtu or throttleStop?

    If yes and can't, the reply is missing/not converted acpi table from original bios

    As you said, do you recommend me to try using the cpu even without the isolated 2 pins?
    I didn't try OC by any tools. But inside the BIOS I set all cores to 5.0Ghz.

    Issue 3: I found that the BIOS deal with the 6 cores cpu as only 4 cores as the picture shows

    And this is the BIOS information:
