If you are not having issues don't change it. It will perform slower.

Check bios. Reflash. Display cable. Another GPU test.

Do your fans spin normally? If so a bios wont help, cleaning and a repasting will be your best options.

To not create duplicates, I will up this topic.
I'm looking for a GTX 1080 vBIOS (P775DM3-G) as well.
I've flashed the vBIOS mentioned in the first post and it turns out it doesn't support UEFI (the impact of which I didn't fully understand) and lost G-Sync capability (if this makes sense) .
So now I'm looking for the latest (or any working) UEFI-compatible vBIOS

Your card is damaged. No driver or bios change is going to fix it.
