P775 and 9700k

    Without throttling with CCC it will be a wash in games, the 9900K is a productivity chip, gamers should stick with the 9700k.

    With the CCC throttle, the GPU sits at thermal limit and the CPU stays at base clock in Witcher and Prime despite not thermal or power throttling, so not sure what's going on there.

    Seems like its entering a lower power state by mistake.

    just disable ht (hyper-threading) if you got 9900k already i find games dont lag with it being disabled. Plus when you need it for work station re-enable thats it.

    Only a few titles can potentially have issues with hyper threading, generally it's more a benefit.
