There is some glue on the display connection. I am not confident to remove it result in risk my warranty.
And also the CMOS under the keyboard is difficult for me a newbie to access it.
Customer service suggest me try do connect a external monitor, but unfortunately i don't have one.
So i will see what any further idea he suggest or i will request a RMA.
What a pity with this such beautiful laptop..
And thanks again for your input.

Do you have a TV with HDMI in that you could try since you don't have a monitor?

Just take one RAM out, that will also reset the CMOS/NRAM... ;)

You could also plug in an additional RAM at the bottom, would have the same effect.

It is really easy to remove the keyboard. All you need to do is remove two screws and then push through the one hole to pop the keyboard. Just make sure your computer is open while doing it. If you need pictures or more instructions check out the service manual. https://app.box.com/s/hum0xgx12eq61f8n1yt2
