As Notebookcheck.net so nice said in their enlightening article below... <Apple has had a rough 2019 when it comes to software. MacOS Catalina has had its fair share of bugs, and Apple has released a patch for iOS 13 every week since its launch last month. Like we said yesterday, it’s usually a good idea to wait a few days before you install an update.>

Totally. My iPhone and Apple Watch are both wonky as hell since iOS 13

Hmm strange what phone are you running on iOS 13, my 11 pro max is running just fine, although I have noticed some slight lag when opening large pdf files on safari, that’s about it though...

I generally like iOS 13. CarPlay is way the heck better. But WatchOS 6 is hot garbage, at least on my Series 3. No joke, powering on the watch now literally takes 3 entire minutes, and once you're in it lags like crazy.

Hi, just out of curiosity. Why do you always update right away to the latest(newest) when you know that the latest(newest) update is always not the best and has issues? Apple or Windows is the same right? I have been using your 1809 windows 10 and I am headache free. Also I am thinking the time you spend on reformatting or tweaking per update is much of a hassle or time consuming instead you just disable all updates and then wait it out to make sure all is stable then you update manually. Just a thought tho.. Sorry if it is off topic.

Because I read forums, I see issues, I read the fixes in the Betas.

Example, macOS Catalina 10.15 had a serious bug where if I'd change the DPI scaling to anything other than the default, it works, but if I reboot I get stuck on a black screen boot loops until after a few forced shutdowns it would work. You think I wouldn't jump on the latest the instant it's out to see if it fixes my issue? Heck yeah I would and it did fix the issue when I updated to 10.15.1

Second reason is I am a risk taker. The bugs in iOS/macOS are no where near as bad as Microsoft's jokes.

Yeah, and after some time the flaws pop up as a bunch of flies when the sun heat up in the spring.

I've had no issues with Catalina Beta so far, outside of general stuff like battery life being poor due to incorrect dGPU switching. Haven't and won't upgrade to iOS 13 until a jailbreak comes out.

Iphone 8. Since 13.0 it has been very very unstable, and just dumb stuff happening. It's all been resolved with 13.2 however.
