The laptop started working, without power glitches, on its own.

My multimedia buttons (on top) stopped working a few days ago. I reinstalled Vaio Event Service, but they are still not working.
Recently I updated Vaio Update and the graphic card, but I don't think it's because of that.

This happened to someone also? Anyone knows how to fix this?

Yes, I've already tried that. I restored to the oldest (from one week ago), and the problem is still there. Not lucky with that.

BTW, the Fn buttons are working without any problems and the LED is still glowing when I press the button (so it's not a hardware issue).

Still running strong as my desktop replacement. The official word from Vaio support is NOT to upgrade until the drivers are ready.

Running Win 10 on my F24C5E for about 4 months now, almost everything is working fine. Only brightness adjustment via Fn button is not working, also ASSIST and VAIO button aren't working (media control keys and WEB button are working).
Under Device manager two devices are unrecognised:
    -Base system device
-Unknown device SNY5001 (needs Sony Firmware Extension Parser)

If this is your main computer, I would advise you to wait for Sony to provide updated drivers, or at least create system image of your current system.
As far as I know only notebooks shipped with Win 8/8.1 will be updated

    Thanks for your answers!

Where should I check to wait for the drivers?
This is still my main computer, so I would prefer to wait for it... if that happens some day.
