Belkin 17" slim is a good bag that is just big enough for the machine and has reasonable padding.

    Guys,
I have managed to upgrade my 870km1-g with 2080, TM1 cpu heatsink, 4th fan mod etc. I will write a post soon about the mod, took us 6-7 hours :)

Did you upgrade because of the unsuccessful flashing the gtx1080?

Of course not. there is nothing to do with the powermod. My key point was flawless install (no inf mod etc) and keep gsync. Both were ok. I was considering the powermod if there is flaw with the 2080.

So how’s performance compared to gtx1080? Do you notice a difference in gaming?

Installing the RTX 2080 in the TM1 is plug and play? Or is more complicated?

Based on benchmarks there is a small difference, I would say 15% in FHD, in higher res it could be bigger. However under normal gaming circumstances you cannot "feel" too much compared to a well set 1080gtx. The "only" major difference is the RTX features which are really nice in some games.

To be honest i thought it was more complex. You need steady hand to mod the heatsink, and some patience.
