    So just a tip for anyone missing GPU Power. I uninstalled the DCH drivers with DDU and installed the standard drivers and GPU Power came back. I noticed that the GTX 1080 is stuck @ 140 - 150W, didn't know this before.

    Sounds like the CPU VRMs are overheating and the system is trying to protect itself...undervolt the CPU (negative 100-125mV voltage offset) and make sure that the thermal pads are making proper contact in that area.
    BF is very CPU heavy...

    100mv is not stable, and this only happened with the latest BIOS.

    Older versions had a lot lower performance and an automatic 100mV undervolt. Now you have to set whatever undervolt works for your chip manually.

    more power = more heat >>> thermal protection mechanism
