    Model: GS70 2QE
    After installing lastest SCM through service page, it reports .NET Framework error as below.
    Note: I did reinstall NET Framework, reinstall SCM, none of them works. Rolled back to previous version and still working fine. I suspect this release only works with those newer models as there is "RestrictModel_DeviceName" in the log. But still, it's in my model service page.

    See the end of this message for details on invoking
    just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

    ************** JIT Debugging **************
    To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
    application or computer (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
    rather than be handled by this dialog box.

    I recently picked up a GT72S DOMINATOR G-037 and i have tried searching the msi website and everywhere else and can't seem to find an answer. Does MSI have a utility to update drivers and such? For what i can tell it says not to use MSI live update. I have registered my laptop and the only thing i see under the download section is what seems to be multiple help desk choices that all look the same .

    I don't think there is one. You can look up for updates if you must over their website, or externally for things like killer networks/nvidia GPU etc.

    What's the Adobe & sRGB color gamuts for the 4K panel on the GS60 4K 6QE models? I can't find the answer in any of the reviews. Thanks.

    Someone released it awhile back but others whom had tried the profile reported non-effect with it.

    Manufacturer released specs or was this tested by someone? I find that manufacturers tend to exaggerate a bit :) Thx.

    There was a data sheet (pdf) released a long ago but it was lost over the internet.
    It is true that the manufacturer may exaggerate the spec a bit. ^^
