    You have driver cleaner as a pinned icon on your start menu?

    Try removing it and putting it back on.

    CCC, if a computer program of any kind fails to run and a re-install is easy then you may as well start there.

    Hi guys, I'm getting my laptop (PB71RF-G) delivered this coming Thursday from Gentech and I am pretty excited about it. Is there like a post somewhere that someone could point me to as to what I should do right out of the box? Like stress testing and everything. I know I should do this when it is within the return policy period.
