The actual model here is 9xxedefen
Meaning there is no difference at all between the models but the case and screen.
I think we should combine the owners threads personally

Yes, it is listed on Clevo website as P9xxEx Series so both 960xx and 970xx use the same drivers.

upload_2019-4-3_16-47-56.png well the motherboard and system id says 9xxedefen
so theres no difference at all.
obviously the motherboard is larger to fill the space the case is larger but its functionally the same thing exactly

    heres my oc 3dmark firestrike

    reaching 18772

so the max p is up to 21000 right? thats sort of my goal

well ill patiently wait until i see the nvbios for the clevo maxp

i mean ill look at the asus maxp also or i guess there will also be a gigabyte

if my score just using the afterburner oc scan is 18800 the goal is now 2000 gpu score it should just go up with the 115 watt tdu. id like to watch someone else do it first.

theres no thermal limit on the gpu at all in almost any of these machines but least of all the 2070 maxq machines they all run really cool

That website just dividing 1000 by your monitor refresh rate.
It has nothing to do with pixel response times.

This has been discussed before: official policy is to differentiate by screen size.

Indeed you need an oscilloscope and voltage measurements.
