But did you install the SBX driver?
You need to install a package for your model, you can get it in the CLEVO website under downloads.

Yes ProStar PM me a link for SBX.2.0.0.33

    http://drivers.prostarserver.com/Drivers/SBX/SBX.2.0.0.33.zip

I haven't checked Clevo directly as not all the links are in English if I recall. Note Sager's web site doesn't list the RN models yet.

If you go to Windows Start Menu and type "Sound" doesn't it show the Sound Blaster Connect app?

All upgrading Windows to build 1903 triggered the Sound Blaster Connect download. You have to initiate the download and install build 1903 as typical Windows Check for updates focuses on your live version of windows which was 1809 in my case.

Hi, John! Is it possible to somehow download these files without an update center? Such as me, and many who do not use (disable) the update center, would be delighted with this feature. :eyeroll:

Hey, so I just recieved one of these puppies, the P960RD to be precise. It is branded as Dream Machines.

I have a few questions since I am abit behind with newer spec laptops (or PC's for that matter).

    1. Is it best to let Windows install automatically the drivers or should I install the ones provided by the reseller (even tho they might be outdated).
    2. Also which utilities are recommended for monitoring and undervolting?

Go for the latest and if everything works you are good, if you have issues try the reseller.

Could anyone help me with some ThrottleStop settings? I have the i9750H cpu.
For some reason I have tried undervolting with TS but it doesn't seem to work, as I am not seeing lower temps.
On the other hand if I use XTU the temps are lower when undervolting.

@TomoPrime, could you help me out with some tips regarding the CPU since we have the same model?
I managed to undervolt -125mV using Intel XTU, and funny thing I noticed that after I did a fresh Windows reinstall, the undervolt settings still persist even tho I dont have XTU installed.

    LE:
Another things that I noticed, and I am a little disappointed...I asked my reseller to change the factory TIM and use some CM Mastergel Maker yet the temps are kinda bad with a maximum temp of 88 degrees C reached on the CPU while running TimeSpy and fan profile set to maximum. This is with the -125mV undervolt.
