Looks like that wear is heavier on/around WASD/Z and space, more likely skin oil doing that than heat alone. Could be the lighting though.

I agree but is that normal for a expensive laptop? I have this laptop for 3 months now.

Does seem a little soon, but there are factors that can compound it, and everyone's body chemistry is unique. I've had a model that I believe has the same finish on the keyboard for a lot longer without any wear, but my hands are always a little dry.

Looks more chemical in nature to me.

What temps do you get when running 3DMark Firestrike? You can send the laptop to us and then we will check it for you. I believe those temps are way too high

I don't know but in Prime95 and Cinebench it's 100c. I've send back the laptop serveral times to the store and they said I need to wait for a bios update.

Could you provide temperature curves for each?

I think it has more to do with the oils from your fingers in combination with that specific type of material. My NP9175 keyboard looks pretty unappealing after just a few hours, and I wipe it down with some cleaning solution and a non fiber cloth every day. I'd image that if I didn't my keyboard would look like yours. Oddly enough, using other laptops/keyboards do not produce the same result.
