With mine it was using slot 1-4 and using manual timings.

Use an 8700K rather than the 9700 series for basically the same result for now.

    Customer does not want i7-8700k

And its cost in Russia is not the best. i7-9700K can be bought by adding 50 dollars.

You add on 50 dollars on the 8700K to get the 9700K? That's not a good deal.

Plus if you are selling this then maybe pay the bios developer for some private work.

    Here are the current prices: i7-8700k ~ 386 dollars, i7-9700k ~ 406 dollars.

I am ready to pay for the bios mod if a person does it for me and my clients.

Only who is ready to make an individual mod for money?

I'm considering replacing the display of my P870KM (not P870KM1, or -G), but there seem to be some models which use eDP 30-pin and others which use 40-pin eDP cables.

Is there any way of finding out which one I need without removing the display first? (Because I would like to do that when I already have the new display.) And does anyone know at which position (left/center/right) the connector needs to be?

Currently I have a Full HD, 60 Hz, no G-Sync display.

On another note, are there any specifics beside that in regards to what kind of display I need? Laptop displays seem to be very similar across the board in terms of whether they fit inside. Thickness and placement of screws and such things.

Each panel can only have one connector so check your hardware ID in device manager or use a program like HWinfo and find out what yours is, most likely a 30 pin.
