So as it sits today, even though the panel may eventually be certified for G-sync, and work as such with G-sync GPU's, all the non-G-sync certified 1080p 120hz shipping units will come with non-G-sync GPUs.

Which means if we really want G-sync 1080 120hz, we better work out a swap arrangement for G-sync GPU's replacing the shipped non-G-sync GPU's with the seller ahead of time.

Or, wait to order until the 1080p 120hz display is G-sync certified, and then order it with the correctly paired G-sync GPU's.

At least they could have offered the old 75hz 1080p IPS G-Sync panel. I am not interested in 4K and can live without 120hz. But want G-sync.
Clevo screwed up more than one thing here.

Clevo has all the options available but the importer are placing orders as they see fit and the reseller depend on those.

It is interesting to note that the reseller, Metabox, is offering a 1080p 120hz G-Sync and 4k 120hz G-Sync panel; both of which are coming soon. It might be wise for everyone to hold off their purchases of the DM2 or DM3, if indeed other resellers will be offering those panels in a month or so.

You can have them send it to me, bro. ;) I don't give a rat's ass about G-STINK... especially with 120Hz and 5ms 1080 awesomeness. All it will do it screw up your benchmark scores if you forget to disable it. But, we're definitely speaking the same language on 4K.

Yes it seems Clevo says 1080P 120Hz G-Sync is possible. Also International resellers have it listed.
Oh the confusion, what a tease lol. I defo want the 120Hz /5ms panel with G-Sync if possible.
However if the 120Hz doesnt have G-Sync I still wouldnt choose the 4k just to get G-Sync.

20ms test where? And which panel was tested?
Nevermind, found it. Ya thats normally how panels are. They test higher then they are rated but this seems a bit extreme. I hope the AUO panel tests better then that.

I have two 4K TV's with no real 4K content sources to speak of. I only got them to future proof my entertainment centers. I prefer an amazing 1440p panel to be honest. Right now, I'm using my dual Ultra-Wide LG 29UM67-P monitors, which I love. They have been boosted to 75hz with a little magic.

For my DTR, I really don't want a 4k panel (although that 4K 120hz G-Sync panel on Metabox does interest me a bit), either a high quality 1080p or 1440p 120hz G-Sync screen will do for me. If those options were available today, I would have ordered my DM3 already.
