Is this not the type of card that tanzmeister SLI'd his DMG with?

    It's missing the SLI connector.

    O
Ok, Im just questioning so I know what to look out for myself when looking for a card. The SLI connectors are normally white?

Yeah it's a dense pin connector usually white to the left of the core. On your picture you can see the pads for it but the connector is not soldered on.

It arrived and looks good, however I haven't had a chance to swap it in yet (still running the 980 MXM in it ATM).

Mine should be arriving today, I'm home Thursday and then I will hopefully be fitting it on Friday. Just ordered new pads and MX4 paste to go in with it.

I'm considering buying a second motherboard to do the 1080 mod to. I don't really want to risk my own motherboard, if I'm successful, I can then do the second and keep one as spare/testing MB for uprading my DMG. I'm very new to modding!

Is that to get the power to it? I'm not sure it's worth it.

Random Question, could anybody point me in the right direction to get hold of the stock bios for this laptop: P870DM-G and also the Stock Vbios for the G sync version of the 908m please?

If they came with flashing instructions that would be the icing on the cake.

    Thanks in advance.

Your reseller normally, or the original reseller.
