Hi there, after almost 3.5 years I’m looking for a new lap, my old p650 still performs perfectly but it would be good to have more gpu power.

I’m wondering if there were any similar model with updated specs with the same excellent thermal capabilities.

Would you wait for the new gen of graphics cards?

The P650 line is EOL. The P650HS-G with the i7-7700HQ and GTX 1070 is the last version (came out 1+ years ago), if you can still find it for sale.

Do you have the option for NVME / AHCI? Or does it only show AHCI / RAID through the actual list?

Hi all, I have a P650sg with a killer wifi card but am experiencing a lot of disconnections and Bluetooth is flaky at best. I wanted to upgrade to an Intel card with AC and Bluetooth 5. Can anyone give a recommendation? From searching I can only find M.2 card and I do not know if these are compatible with the P650sg since the original killer card that came with it is a mini pci base one.

It does not detect any disk... How can you boot into windows?

Can you take a print of your boot devices list?

sure, here you go. the only thing i changed since back then was add a 1tb sata ssd for more storage and the convenience of not losing everything if i reformat, but i can assure you it's not a boot drive. anything else i can do to clear your doubts? also the 950 pro is incapable of functionning as ahci so there's no faking nvme. i should add that everything in running in uefi only mode, no legacy
